Abstract

Five Forest Park Community College students walking on the Highway 40 Equestrian Underpass. The students are identified as Shehalara Bonner, Russell Smith, Ernestine Phillips, Cathy Lynch, and Ken Tyler on the photographs back side. According to type written information on the verso of the photograph, "[t]he underpass, located directly east of Macklind Avenue, has [laid] dormant since Missouri Stables closed approximately six months ago. Recently the city's Parks and Recreation Department gave the underpass a 'spring cleaning,' and it now links the college's soon-to-be-completed $2.7 million gymnasium with the athletic fields in Forest Park."
